A product that does not fit is generally treated as a customer-preference return.

4. Assembly and Safety

Velmorans is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

Any applicable payment will be refunded when an order is canceled.
