1. Agreement
By accessing velmorans.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and all linked store policies.
2. Product Information
Velmorans makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, package contents, prices, and stock information.
- All current Velmorans floral products are made from artificial decorative floral materials and do not contain fresh, dried, or preserved flowers.
- Colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, material batches, and production conditions.
- Measurements may have reasonable tolerances.
- Artificial floral pieces may have minor variations in positioning, shape, texture, or assembly.
- Ribbons, wrapping, gift boxes, display cases, and decorative accents may vary slightly when disclosed on the product page.
Minor disclosed production or visual variations are not defects unless the product materially differs from its description.
3. Customer Responsibility Before Ordering
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing the stated dimensions, materials, color options, included components, gift-box or display-case details, intended indoor display area, product-specific care information, and any personalization details entered at checkout.
A product that matches its description but does not suit a customer’s preferred size, color, style, or display area is generally treated as a customer-preference return.
4. Care and Product Safety
Artificial floral gifts do not require watering. Keep products indoors and away from water, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, heat, crushing, and rough handling. Handle floral pieces, display cases, wrapping, ribbons, and accessories carefully, and keep small decorative components away from children and pets.
To the extent permitted by law, Velmorans is not responsible for damage caused by water exposure, improper care or handling, misuse, modification, unsuitable storage or display conditions, or failure to follow instructions.
5. Orders
Velmorans may refuse, limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order because of inventory shortages, pricing or description errors, payment issues, fraud concerns, incorrect customer information, shipping restrictions, reseller activity, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. When an order is canceled, any applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Pricing and Availability
Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability may change without notice. If a material pricing or product-information error occurs, Velmorans may contact the customer, cancel the affected order, and provide an applicable refund.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Payments
Purchases are also governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy. All returns require prior written authorization.
8. Intellectual Property
Original website content owned or licensed by Velmorans may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified, displayed, sold, or commercially used without prior written authorization.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Customers may not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website security, commit fraud, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may use independent payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Velmorans is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, reliance on website content, improper product handling or care, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Mississippi unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
