Normal natural or visual variations are not defects unless the product materially differs from its description.

Before purchasing a preserved flower gift, customers are responsible for reviewing:

A product that matches its description but does not suit the customer’s preferred size, color, style, or display area is generally treated as a customer-preference return.

4. Care and Product Safety

Customers must follow all product-specific care and handling instructions.

Preserved flowers should generally be kept indoors, kept dry, and protected from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, heat, crushing, and rough handling. Do not water preserved flowers. Keep small decorative components away from children and pets.

Velmorans is not responsible for damage caused by watering, improper care or handling, misuse, modification, unsuitable storage or display conditions, or failure to follow instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Orders

Velmorans may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of:

  • Inventory shortages
  • Pricing errors
  • Product-description errors
  • Payment issues
  • Fraud concerns
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Reseller activity
  • Technical problems

Any applicable payment will be refunded when an order is canceled.

If a material pricing error occurs, Velmorans may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
