Refund & Return Policy
What is the general return policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Which items can't be returned?
There are several items that can't be returned:

Items bundled at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned)

Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?
No. We offer free returns within the 30-day period. Return shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund.
If an order is returned because you refused delivery, the appropriate return costs may be charged and deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your credit card company or bank first, as refunds may take several days to appear. If you've done this and still need assistance, contact us at info@velmorans.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@velmorans.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact customer service for the return address.
We offer free returns, so you will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
