Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Verification

All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Processing may take several business days as we review and prepare your order for shipment. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Velmorans cannot be held responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier service interruptions, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Payment & Shipping

Your payment method will be charged only when your order, or a portion of your order, has been shipped. You will only be charged for the items that have shipped at that time, along with any applicable taxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping time. Please note that the estimated delivery time does not account for customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Processing Time: Begins after your payment is confirmed and typically takes 0–2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Begins once your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer one standard shipping method for all orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after processing.

We utilize USPS for our shipping needs. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees or surcharges for standard delivery within the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid street address to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the USPS website to monitor your package's delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@velmorans.com. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped. Velmorans is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information and contact USPS directly. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at info@velmorans.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Velmorans is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by USPS but reported as stolen.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the item(s) carefully upon delivery. If the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@velmorans.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.
