- All current Velmorans floral products are made from artificial decorative floral materials and do not contain fresh, dried, or preserved flowers.

- Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing or manual-measurement tolerances.
- Artificial floral pieces and arrangements may have minor variations in positioning, shape, texture, or assembly.
- Decorative accents, ribbons, wrapping, gift boxes, and display cases may vary slightly when disclosed on the product page.
- Display props shown in product images are not included unless specifically stated.
Minor disclosed production or visual variations are not defects unless the product materially differs from its description.

Artificial floral gifts do not require watering. Customers should keep products indoors and away from water, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, and heat; handle floral pieces, gift boxes, display cases, ribbons, wrapping, and accessories carefully; keep small decorative components away from children and pets; and stop using or displaying a product if a container or case arrives damaged.
To the extent permitted by law, Velmorans is not responsible for damage or injury caused by water exposure, improper care or handling, unsuitable storage or display conditions, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow supplied instructions.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping areas, processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, tracking, special handling, address corrections, and damage-reporting procedures are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. All returns require prior written authorization. Do not send products to any address before receiving written approval and return instructions. The business address displayed on the website is not automatically an approved return destination. Delicate artificial floral gifts may require product-specific protective packaging.
